Studio Genesis
$300. One conversation. One plan. Your own Bernard.
You've seen what Bernard does — weekly mechanism intelligence delivered as a newsletter, served as an MCP feed, run by a small set of named components doing autonomous research while their operator works on something else.
If you want one of these for yourself — for your business, your research, your team, your portfolio, your practice — Studio Genesis is how you start.
What you get
A complete prompt-to-plan architecture for your own studio. Tailored to what you're building, the hardware you have, the tools you already use, and the work you want to stop doing manually. Delivered as a single markdown document you can drop into your own vault and start executing on.
Specifically:
- A vault structure designed around your domain — not a generic template.
- A named-component map — your equivalents of Bernard, Alfred, Delores, Cowork — sized to your actual workflow, not a maximalist build.
- A skill build order — what to write first, what to defer, what you don't need at all.
- An MCP server stack — which servers to wire up, which ones to skip, which ones to write yourself.
- A 30/60/90-day execution sequence with clear go/no-go checkpoints.
- A "what could go wrong" appendix based on what's actually broken in real builds — including the ones I've broken myself.
How it works
- Pre-call brief (15 minutes of your time, today). One short form. Goals, hardware, existing tools, AI experience, what you want to stop doing.
- One-hour Q&A call. I ask you the questions you weren't asked on the form. We get specific.
- Plan delivered within 72 hours. Single markdown bundle. Drop it in your vault. Start executing.
- 30-day async check-in. 15 minutes by email or DM. What's working, what isn't, what to adjust.
Every additional hour after that: $300. Most clients won't need any. A few will.
What this isn't
- Not consulting. Consulting is open-ended; Studio Genesis is a fixed deliverable for a fixed price.
- Not a managed service. I'm not running your studio for you. You're running it. I'm the architect, not the operator.
- Not a course. There's no curriculum. Your plan is for your situation.
Who this is for
- Solo operators who want to ship at the scale of a small team without becoming a manager.
- Researchers, analysts, writers, builders, traders, lawyers, scientists, designers — anyone whose work is partly intake and synthesis.
- People who already use AI tools but feel like the workflow keeps stalling at integration points.
Who this isn't for
- Anyone looking for a no-code-required magic button. The plan tells you what to build; you (or someone you hire) still has to build it.
- Anyone who hasn't written a single prompt before. The plan assumes some baseline familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT.
