What you get

Specifically:

  • A vault structure designed around your domain — not a generic template.
  • A named-component map — your equivalents of Bernard, Alfred, Delores, Cowork — sized to your actual workflow, not a maximalist build.
  • A skill build order — what to write first, what to defer, what you don't need at all.
  • An MCP server stack — which servers to wire up, which ones to skip, which ones to write yourself.
  • A 30/60/90-day execution sequence with clear go/no-go checkpoints.

How it works

  1. Pre-call brief (15 minutes of your time, today). One short form. Goals, hardware, existing tools, AI experience, what you want to stop doing.
  2. One-hour Q&A call. I ask you the questions you weren't asked on the form. We get specific.
  3. Plan delivered within 72 hours. Single markdown bundle. Drop it in your vault. Start executing.
  4. 30-day async check-in. 15 minutes by email or DM. What's working, what isn't, what to adjust.

Every additional hour after that: $300. Most clients won't need any. A few will.

What this isn't

  • Not consulting. Consulting is open-ended; Studio Genesis is a fixed deliverable for a fixed price.
  • Not a managed service. I'm not running your studio for you. You're running it. I'm the architect, not the operator.
  • Not a course. There's no curriculum. Your plan is for your situation.
