The studio

Non Xero Sum specialises in mechanisms: the small machines that convert one kind of order into another, applied across architecture, games, systems, models and tokenomics. The house line is that Bernard solves games in moving castles. We are not in a position to deny it.

§ I — Method

A mechanism is judged by what it converts, not by what it claims. The studio's method is to state the game, post the arithmetic, and run it in public. Claims are cited; the authority is borrowed openly and on the record.

Work that survives this treatment appears in the register and, when it runs, in the index of solved games. Work that does not is closed, marked closed, and kept on the map anyway. The result, predictably, was not predicted.
